My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was the highlight, being perfect for my needs, but the noise in the rooms was unusually high. The service was welcoming and helpful, although there were issues with cleanliness, and the staff seemed understaffed at times.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were up to date, clean, and the Deluxe King Room I stayed in was warm and comfortable. The hotel's location was very good, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and tourist spots in and around Harrisburg. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with the restaurant serving delicious food but the breakfast options being subpar. The service, particularly from the evening staff, was friendly and professional.

The hotel's location is convenient in Harrisburg, close to many restaurants and stores. It offers a pleasant stay, but there are areas needing improvement like the cleanliness of the rooms and lack of fitness equipment. The service could be more attentive and the dining experience didn't feel like good value.

The hotel had clean and well-tended rooms but sadly had a lingering smell of cigarettes. My room was given away before I arrived at around 10 pm, which was quite inconvenient. However, the overall air quality in the room was good. The service was decent but could use some serious attention to the cleanliness inside. The location was nice in the evening, although it was very loud. The dining experience was unfortunately a letdown with old fruit and limited choices. On the bright side, there was a restaurant in walking distance and a conference center onsite.
